Refund policy

We are aware that occasionally you might want to send us a product back. This 14-day returns policy was established by us so that you may send us back items in the proper situations.

We would gladly pick up any item you've bought from us and give you a refund if you're not satisfied with it or change your mind. Please review the return policies listed below.

Terms and Conditions of Returns

All bed frames and products are handmade to order, so when returning certain products may incur an extra charge above the delivery cost and admin fee. Email us at Hello@britishcraftbeds.co.uk to calculate return costs and any images to support your return or exchange request.

• Please note if the item is faulty, we will replace the relevant part only. You cannot reject a replacement part.
• Damages in transit are not grounds for returns, any items damaged in transit will be replaced. This must however be reported to us within 24-48 hours of taking delivery.
• When returning a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
  (a) We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of [purchase /delivery] of the product;
  (b) The returned product is unused, in its original packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

Damages or missing parts
In the exceedingly rare occasion If you receive any items, or parts which are damaged or missing then please alert us immediately and we will sort it out straight away. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess any damage or issues, and it would be our pleasure to assist you further. We shall get it rectified ASAP.

Cancelling an order

We do try our absolute best to ensure that all our customers receive the absolute best care, you can cancel your order if the order has not been dispatched, usually all orders are dispatched within 72 hours so it would be best to alert us at the earliest point to ensure we can cancel the order.
