Shipping policy
A regular delivery time range of 2 to 10 working days is included with every order. We try to dispatch products as quickly as we can. We do not offer specified day deliveries if you are unable to accept delivery on certain days do alert us and we will help you in every way possible, if you have missed the delivery our drivers will leave a card, please contact us to reschedule.
All FREE deliveries are to the MAIN COMMUNAL DOOR OF THE BUILDING. The couriers will NOT be held responsible for taking any items any further unless agreed otherwise.

Room of choice £60 - Please ensure that the passage is clear and there is sufficient room for our team to put the bed into your chosen rooms.
Please take note that we may deliver on weekends, and that our delivery times may change at any moment between 7am and 9pm, Monday through Sunday.
We will text or email the details you supply 24-48 hours before delivery to provide you both a delivery date and time window so you can be ready for your delivery. Please provide an up-to-current mobile phone number and email as delivery information is given by text message/email. To reserve your delivery slot, you must agree to the stated delivery time and date. On the day the driver will call 15-30mins prior arriving.
Specialist delivery services are offered by our logistics partner. Your items are handled by their skilled delivery personnel with great care.
Any problems with a delivery must be reported to the courier service.
A £30.00 redelivery fee will be assessed for any deliveries that are missed. This is the extra charge made by the courier for a second delivery attempt.
